Whenever your HP printer won’t print color, at first, check the ink cartridges and replace them if any abnormality is found. Also, please check if you have set your printer to print at grayscale or a black-and-white mode. You may also try to uninstall and reinstall your printer drivers from the Control Panel. Go to the device and printer, select all printer entries, and remove the device. Hope it helps!
